Studies show even a short program of yoga in the workplace helps to relieve stress, increase resilience and decrease time taken off work – proving beneficial for both employees and employers

What would it look like?

Workplace yoga classes offer employees the opportunity to experience a full mat- or chair-based yoga class incorporating yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation.
