I just finished a beginners Forrest Yoga course at Leith Yoga. Jane is awesome, she has a super clear teaching style, perfect pace and bang on level for the group! I was apprehensive about yoga but Jane’s laid back attitude and excellent demonstration of every move helped me to relax and let go of the ego.

I knew Jane in one of her first classes as a teacher and I chose her since then. Her yoga class makes me feel very involved and it is definitely a weekly treat for myself. I can notice the benefits of the practice in my body as well as in my mind and in my spiritual balance. Jane creates a really welcoming, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. She has got a strong knowledge about injuries and different body shapes so she makes classes suitable for everybody. Thank you Jane!

Absolutely amazing! First time Jane has worked on me, and certainly not the last highly recommend for aches/pains/emotions/stress, basically getting through life. Jane is very calming and friendly/professional, thank you again Jane.

I had an amazing session with Jane this afternoon .. fantastic! We discussed my areas of pain then Jane made me very comfortable with extra cushions for support.
