Here’s where you can find my weekly Forrest Yoga classes.


Monday 11:30am – 12:30pm

Santosa Studio, 21 Albert Street, EH7 5LH

Exploring Forrest Yoga sequences to ease common ailments such as low back pain, tight hips and tension in the neck and shoulders. Suitable for those new to yoga and those with a practice already who are keen to explore Forrest Yoga.

Drop-ins and class passes available.


Monday 6 – 7.15pm

Leith Yoga, 1-7 Montrose Terrace, EH7 5DJ

A fun, gentle yet challenging, reasonably slow-paced Forrest Yoga class. Introducing the basics of Forrest, developing a relationship with the breath and building physical and emotional awareness. Suitable for those new to yoga or new to Forrest.

Drop-ins, class passes and monthly subscriptions available.


Tuesday 10 – 11.15am

Leith Yoga, 1-7 Montrose Terrace, EH7 5DJ

A class perfect for beginners, students over the age of 50 and those working with injuries or chronic illness. Moving at a slow pace you will explore breathing exercises, postures and relaxation. 

Drop-ins, class passes and monthly subscriptions available.


Thursday 10 - 11am

Beetroot Sauvage, 33-41 Ratcliffe Terrace, EH9 1SX

Working at a slow and gentle pace we will build body awareness, strength, flexibility and compassion towards ourselves. Suitable for complete beginners and those new to Forrest Yoga. 

Drop-ins and class passes available.
