What is Forrest Yoga?

Forrest Yoga, created by Ana Forrest, is based on the Hatha yoga system yet constantly evolving to address the physical, psychological and emotional issues we face today.

In group classes and private sessions we explore Forrest Yoga sequences to ease common ailments such as low back pain, tight hips and tension in the neck and shoulders. We focus on developing better breathing habits, and building greater connection to feeling sensation and emotions.
