Forrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga helps to strengthen and heal physical ailments, change breathing habits, and build greater connection to feeling emotions and sensations in the body. Suitable for yoga beginners and those new to Forrest.

I offer group classes and private sessions in Edinburgh and also do sessions over video call world wide.
